This hands-on course guides participants through building a fully integrated, unit-by-unit cash flow model for value-added residential investments. The case study focuses on a residential asset repositioning strategy with the objective of delivering high-quality, premium rental apartments.

  • The model begins with an already built, stranded asset that an investor intends to retrofit to meet modern standards.
  • The retrofitting process occurs as existing tenants vacate the property.
  • The investor will retain ownership of the residential complex to lease the upgraded units to new tenants.
