An introductory course in which you will learn essential Real Estate financial modelling theory, functions and formulas.
This one day course has been developed to teach essential real estate financial modelling theory, functions and formulas to individuals working in the real estate sector. The training aims to give delegates a grasp of MS Excel and its usage in real estate cash flow modelling. You will be able to set up a financial modelling cash flow from a blank spreadsheet by using the most common shortcuts, formulas and functions. We will also cover the use of pivot tables to clean and organise your data.
This is an excellent starter/refresher course, whether you’re a recent graduate or a mid/senior professional.

Course Trainer
Ross Wilson, Senior Financial Modelling Trainer & Course Creator
Ross is a real estate investment consultant, engaging with clients on short to medium term work contracts to assist with the analysis of both debt and equity real estate investment opportunities. His work primarily involves building financial models in Excel, analysing deal economics, returns and sensitivities, preparing cash flows and financials, investment memoranda and underwriting materials for clients. Prior to working as a consultant, Ross worked for a number of years as a senior analyst and associate within the real estate investment banking and private equity space, working across a range of equity sales and debt financing.
