This course equips participants with advanced financial modelling skills for real estate and private equity investments. Through a practical and integrated approach, learners will progress from modelling detailed project-level cash flows to partnership-level returns, explore capital structuring including debt and mezzanine financing, and develop proficiency in distribution waterfalls, promote structures, and risk-adjusted investment evaluation. The course culminates in the application of Python and Excel (via xlwings) to conduct advanced scenario and risk analyses, empowering participants to assess investment viability with greater precision.
